CFM Majestic:

Business Challenge:
A Canadian Gas Fireplace and BBQ manufacturer was looking for a company to provide a promotional program to it’s dealer and distributor network across North America. This network, composed of over 5000 dealers/distributors that could participate in this program and purchase promotional items from clothing to golf related accessories. The key was to provide timely service and prompt delivery within Canada and the United States. Customs and trans-border issues had always been a stumbling block to the smooth execution of this kind of program for our client.
Business Solution:
Since we are based in Canada we personally assumed the inventory and shipment responsibilities for the Canadian based orders. After thorough research into the options available for the USA portion of the program, a fulfillment house in New York was selected as our solution. Goods would be shipped in bulk to New York, inventoried there and orders placed daily from our American dealers would be fulfilled from this New York warehouse. The result was our pledge to ship within 72hrs following receipt of order and payment. There were no delays in getting merchandise to dealers in either country as a result of customs delays or other potential problems with crossing the border between the two countries.
Aventis Pasteur:

Business Challenge:
A major pharmaceutical company was looking for an item to use at vaccination clinics across the country that would be able to ease the stress of a flu vaccination.
Business Solution:
Our client had asked for a product that was suitably friendly and comforting and we came up with Buddy, the fluffy white dog sporting a bright blue bandana with the company name embroidered on it. Buddy was so popular that the orders for him poured in from across the country. There were thousands of children across the country comforted by the puppy with the loving touch.
Rogers Communications:

Business Challenge:
A major telecommunications firm embarked on a re-branding program. They wanted to provide all their employees and suppliers with a functional gift and a keepsake gift to remind everyone about the event.
Business Solution:
This national program included a total of 30,000 pieces that were delivered during the peak Christmas period. This order was completed on time and in the words of their Senior Vice President, "contributed significantly to the success of the re-branding launch."
